Driving Innovation through Design Thinking
The Challenge
MAS Intimates, a global leader in apparel manufacturing, recognized the need to embed a culture of innovation across the organization. With rapidly evolving market dynamics and increasing competition, enhancing the company’s innovation capabilities became crucial to maintaining its leadership position. The challenge was clear: how to empower teams at all levels to think creatively and approach problems with an innovative mindset.
Our Approach
To address this challenge, we partnered with MAS Intimates to design a series of targeted interventions aimed at fostering a culture of innovation. Here’s how we approached the solution:
Experiential Workshops on Design Thinking: We developed and facilitated a series of immersive, hands-on workshops focused on Design Thinking principles. These sessions were tailored to the specific needs of MAS Intimates, emphasizing practical application and problem-solving.
